Altos de Sueño Cava Brut Reserva

Classic Cava with a touch of Chardonnay (always less than 7%) in the traditional blend of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo with a minimum aging of 20 months. This fresh Brut Reserva combines the fruit notes of the base wine with the biscuit notes that develop with age. The palate is fresh and fruity with fine bubbles and a long, pleasant finish. Great on its own as an aperitivo or pair it with tapas. (from the vintner)
