Hakutsuru, founded in 1743, is the #1 selling brand of sake in Japan. The Junmai Draft is a lively sake that is stored in its unpasteurized form for up to one month at approximately 40 degrees. Draft sake has a refined freshness and is characterized by its light and crisp flavors. Fruity yet dry in a classic Japanese style.
