Dry Sack Medium Sherry

For over 130 years, Bodegas Williams and Humbert have been producing the finest sherries and brandies utilizing one of the most traditional methods of ageing, the solera method. Founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert, Bodega Williams and Humbert is located in the heart of the sherry region in Jerez de la Frontera with more than 1,200 acres of vineyards, and the largest wine cellar in Europe. The family owned and operated Bodega's most notable wine is the Dry Sack medium created in 1906, a staple sherry among many restaurants around the world. Dry Sack is a distinctive blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes. Aged in oak casks for six years in the traditional Solera method. An amber colored sherry with intense aromas of dried nuts. The palate is full-bodied and balanced with light sweetness; not too dry nor too sweet. Enjoy neat or on the rocks as an aperitif — or in classic and contemporary cocktails. (from the vintner)
