Château d'Oupia "Les Hérétiques" Pays d'Hérault IGP

Made in a 13th century castle right outside the Minervois region in the south of France, this wine is a classic blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Carignan. Along with sustainable farming, these grapes produce a wine full of bright berry fruit, gentle minerality, and lots of charm.
