Château Haut Branda Bordeaux

Chateau Haut Branda is located in the commune of Vayres, located on a gravelly sandy plateau overlooking a medieval castle. The family estate was started by Jean-Claude Ballet's grandfather, Cyprien Furt, and is now by his great-grandchildren Natalie and Bruno. Beautiful elegant tannins frame aromas and flavors of spices and black fruit in this classically-styled, Merlot-dominant Bordeaux. Serve at room temperature with lamb stew, roasted beef tenderloin, or a selection of cheeses such as Brie or Cantal. (from the vintner)
