The winemakers in Bordeaux are masters of blending, and we think this blend of Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc will be a new favorite. Full bodied and youthful, this wine has notes of licorice, black cherry, and plum, followed by lush violets and baking spices on the finish. A perfect pairing for steak frites au poivre, beef bourguignon, or lush French cheeses such as Fourme d'Ambert or Morbier. (from the vintner)
