Established by Chip Lyeth in 1981, Lyeth is famous for its Cabernet-based blends. This Cabernet Sauvignon allows Lyeth to showcase this varietal in a way that reveals the individual qualities it contributes. A deep crimson in color, the wine coats the palate with layers of black currant, Bing cherry, cocoa, and toast.
