Pago Casa Gran Organic Garnacha

Pago Casa Gran's entire production model is governed by strict organic standards, as recognized by European certification since 2006 and the highest level of Delinat organic standards since 2009. Selected from young vines, this Garnacha (Grenache) is aged in clay vessels to keep the flavors brights and the tannins soft. The wine is medium bodied with notes of black cherry, strawberry, licorice, and red grapefruit. Pair this Valencian red with rich chicken and pork dishes, braised short ribs, or grilled eggplant.
