Maison Noir O.P.P Pinot Noir
Sold out

André Hueston Mack worked at several Thomas Keller restaurants (sommelier at French Laundry; wine director at Per Se) before starting Maison Noir wines in 2007. Maison Noir wines are unique and distinctive garage wines, sourcing the best fruit possible in the Willamette Valley region of Oregon to produce wine which show the individuality of their respective sites and terroirs. The characteristics of O.P.P. are quintessential Oregon Pinot: earth, spice, and floral notes marry with flavors of cherry, herbs, and ginger. O.P.P. is a delicious juice, but also a food lover's dream: pair with duck, salmon, tuna, mushrooms or roasted meats such as butterflied lamb, chargrilled steak, or venison. (from the vintner)
