The Village of Cesseras is located on the northwest part of the Languedoc. Right at the edge in between the Atlantic and Mediterranean climates, which allows the grapes to keep great acidity and achieve optimal ripeness. This bottle of cool climate Pinot Noir shows hints of black cherry and wild raspberry notes that have an underlying base of spice and licorice, all brought together by bright acidity and minerality.
