Castello di Nipozzano Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG

The nose opens with a strong fruit componet of blackberry, blueberry and cherry. Sweet notes of cotton candy and spicy notes of cloves and nutmeg follow. The tannins are dense, but not harsh and the palate is warm and smooth. Castello di Nipozzano Chianti Rufina Riserva pairs well with barbecued meat, beef stews or aged cheese. (from the vintner)
