Bollinger Champagne Brut Special Cuvée

On the nose, it offers beautiful complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate, it has a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet with aromas of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, along with notes of fresh walnut. Often considered the ultimate food pairing Champagne. A great match for any fish, especially sushi and sashimi. It stands up to poultry dishes beautifully, as well as white meat or, alternatively, charcuterie. And to carry you through the meal, it is a perfect accompaniment to hard cheeses, such as Parmesan.
