Rodolphe Péters, winemaker and proprietor of Pierre Péters, is an icon in the Côte de Blancs known for making sleek, racy, Chardonnay-based champagnes that show tremendous depth and elegant minerality. The wine is anchored by a perpetual reserve dating back to 1988 that gives this wine a complexity rarely seen in "entry-level" Champagne.
