Echeverria was one of the few boutique wineries to emerge from Chile, and the first family winery from Chile to sell wine to Harrods department store in London. This low-intervention, natural Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel and stored on its lees prior to bottling, resulting in a full-bodied, fruity, and rich wine, with a creamy texture and refreshing acidity.
