San Matteo Gavi DOCG

San Matteo Gavi is produced from Cortese grapes grown on the rolling hills of Gavi producing a dry wine with a delicate aromatic bouquet of stone fruits, citrus zest and flowers with an elegant balanced palate with crisp acid and minerality. This white's delicate bouquet, freshness and elegance make it perfect as an aperitif. It also is excellent with vegetable starters, white meats, risotto, or fish. (from the vintner)
