Each batch is made using only Hudson Valley Fresh whole milk + live probiotic cultures the way Goshtasb's mom (+ her mom) made it - completely by hand. Each flavor is packaged in a glass jar so it's almost too pretty to open (almost). Pro tip: Persian yogurts are traditionally used like sauces, but we like it best the way Homa likes it: on roasted eggplant!
