Noona's Ice Cream, Turmeric Honeycomb

Turmeric is the spice that gives this flavor its sunshine yellow hue. It's part of the ginger family and we use a fine amount for color and to balance the sweetness of our honeycomb. Our honeycomb is inspired by an old-fashioned Korean honey candy called Dalgona. When folded into ice cream, it creates beautiful gooey caramel-like ribbons sure to make you smile. (from Noona's)
