How can I change or cancel an order?
You can change, reschedule or cancel an order at any time before the order cutoff deadline indicated on the email we send to confirm your order.

Delivery timeslots and order deadlines for different neighborhoods may vary slightly, so please see Available Delivery Slots for order cutoff information in your neighborhood.

To avoid being charged for an order you wish to cancel, we must receive your cancellation before the deadline. For orders cancelled after the deadline, there is a restocking fee of 100% of the cost of perishable items in the order plus 25% of the cost of packaged goods, plus 50% of the total amount of any beer items, excluding fees and tax.

If you miss the deadline, but for some reason still cannot accept your order, please call FreshDirect Customer Service at 1-212-796-8002.

How do I add a form of payment to my account?
Simply go to Your Account, log into your account with your email and password info, then click into the Payment Options link at the left side of Your Account page. At the Payment Options page, you'll see two green buttons that will allow you to either Add New Account or Add New Card. Click into the relevant button and follow the instructions to submit your new payment information.


How can I edit, add, or delete an address?
Just go to Your Account, log in with your email and password info, then click into the Delivery Addresses link at the left side of Your Account page. At the Delivery Addresses page, you'll see a green button that will allow you to Add New Address. Or, under an existing delivery address, you'll see Edit/Delete buttons to make changes to previously entered addresses.


How can I edit my FreshDirect Profile?
Just go to Your Account, log in with your email and password info, then click into the Your Profile link at the left side of Your Account page. On the upper left you can choose to edit your entire profile or edit answers to a single question by clicking the edit button next to each question.
