Why did you change the website? We've got a fresh new look! It's easier than ever to order the same great quality products on our redesigned website. These updates make online grocery shopping even more convenient.
We've made it faster to find what you need with streamlined navigation and consolidated categories. Timeslot selection has also been simplified—pick a delivery time right from your shopping bag.
Where can I find FreshDeals? We've created one stop for savings. Head to the Deals & Sale page to see the latest Fresh Deals—savings on our favorite peak-season picks and recommendations from our experts—along with coupons and other discounted items.
Where are the top rated items? Top rated items have been renamed "Peak quality"! You can find them using the "Shop by" filters. Each morning, our experts taste over 800 fresh products and rate them. That's because we want you to know what's really great. So look for products with the Peak quality tag next to the image — they're the best of their kind available.
Where can I find new products? A new and improved way to find new products will be coming to the site in Spring 2023. In the meantime, you can browse expert-picked items in our monthly lists.
How can I find my favorite product categories? We've reduced the number of categories in our navigation in order to simplify the browsing experience. That means that some categories have been moved and condensed - but don't worry, you can still find all of the great ways to browse on the site using our new navigation and our robust filtering.

Dairy and Cheese are now both under Dairy
Beer & Cider is now under Grocery
Fresh Deals, Coupons, and Sale are now all under Deals & SalesWhere can I find the Chef's Table offers? Chef's Table offers are emailed to members. Use the direct link in your email to access the offers.
How can I refer friends and family? Our referral program is temporarily unavailable but we look forward to having you spread the love again later this year.
Where can I find the product request link? The product request link is currently unavailable. In the meantime, please submit your request by sending a message to our Customer Service team.
I've spotted an error on the website. How should I tell you about it? Please use the Feedback link on the right side of your screen to report any trouble you run into on the website.
I'm having trouble with the new site, how do I get back to the old site? Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Go back to the old FreshDirect website" to be redirected to the old site for 15 minutes.
