Add Rotisserie Chicken To Your Salads

What's the simplest way to add protein to your salads without turning the oven on? Put some rotisserie chicken on it! We've done the work of seasoning and roasting the meat 'til it's tasty and juicy. All you have to do is shred it up and toss with greens, veggies, croutons, cheese, or anything else you feel like digging in to for dinner tonight.

Meatballs On Top

You don't have to fuss with making meatballs from scratch. We've got them pre-shaped, so you can just cook them in a pan and go. Or for an even easier option, try our cooked meatballs, which you can just heat up and use the way you like, whether it's on pasta, as an appetizer, or on a big, hearty sandwich.

Step Up Your Homemade Ramen Game With Sun Noodle

Sun Noodle is the maker behind the noodles at many of the most celebrated ramen restaurants. And with their kits, you can enjoy real deal ramen at home. Simply prep the noodles and the included soup base, then add your favorite toppings - we recommend some greens and a hard-boiled egg.

How To: Yellow Squash With Onions

This side dish based on a recipe by celebrated poet Maya Angelou gets an unforgettable, deep herbal flavor from the addition of rosemary: Cut 2 lb yellow squash into 1/4-inch slices with a mandoline or sharp knife. Heat 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 c thinly-sliced onion and 1 tsp minced garlic. Sauté until translucent, 2 minutes. Add squash, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp dried rosemary (or 1/2 tsp fresh). Sauté, stirring often, until fragrant, 2-3 minutes (add up to 2 tbsp water if there's sticking). Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking, turning often, until squash is very tender, about 30 minutes. Garnish with 2 tbsp minced chives. This recipe appears in "Jubilee: Recipes from Two Centuries of African American Cooking" by Toni Tipton-Martin.

Make This: Hot Honey Chicken with Veggies

Taking a versatile protein, in-season veg, and your favorite sauce or seasoning is a no-fail formula for a quick weeknight meal. Right now, we're digging baked chicken thighs marinated in Mother In Law's gochujang chile paste with some blistered tomatoes and kale.

How To: Sheet Pan Cod With Potatoes and Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Slice 3 medium potatoes into 1/3-inch thick rounds. Toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread out evenly on the lined sheet and bake in oven 10 minutes. Halve 6 medium beefsteak tomatoes. Peel 4-6 cloves garlic. Toss halved tomatoes, add some grape tomatoes if you like, garlic, 6-8 sprigs of thyme and salt and pepper together with 2 tbsp olive oil. Once potatoes have baked 10 minutes, add tomato mix to same sheet, placing around potatoes, then return to oven and bake 5 minutes more. Meanwhile, brush four 6-8 oz cod fillets with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with salt and smoked paprika to taste. Once 5 minutes have passed, add cod to sheet and return to over. Cook until cod is done and potatoes are tender, about 8 minutes more. Let rest a few minutes before serving.

How To: Make Fig Toast

Yep, it's officially a thing and a snap to make. Toast bread, layer on ricotta (more is always better) and top with sliced figs. Kick it up with a drizzle with honey, a squeeze of lemon or a twist of black pepper (trust us).

Veggie Bowls With Pasta-bilities

Ark Foods' bowls offer all of the comfort of your favorite pasta dishes, but with a plant-based twist. Their cauli mac bowls are impossibly creamy and satisfying, but use a cashew-based cheddar sauce and cauliflower "macaroni." There are also sauced-up spaghetti bowls that take vitamin-C rich rutabaga and turn it into spiralized noodles. Best of all, these single-serving bowls are microwaveable, meaning that a tasty veggie meal is just minutes away!

MYO: Local Apple & Brie Sandwich

Local apples and brie are one of our fave fall sandwich combos, and we have everything you need to make it on the feed. Here's how: Slice a fresh baguette in half, then place thinly sliced apples on top. Slice brie (you can leave the rind on), place on bottom half of baguette and layer on arugula. So. Good.
