The Denver steak is a cut that's lesser known but more budget-friendly. We love it for its beefy taste, tender texture, and great marbling. Our expert butchers cut it from the chuck (shoulder) so that it's ready to cook on the grill or in a pan. When cut across the grain, it makes an excellent steak. You can also slice it thinly for tossing into stir fries.
