East Coast Oyster Sampler

Up and down the east coast, you'll find a wide array of long-standing oyster traditions. This sampler contains six pieces each of three different varieties, showcasing the region's terroir and diversity. First is the Massachusetts Standish Shore oyster, grown in the pristine waters of Duxbury Bay, with its sweet and buttery flavor. Next is the briny and moderately sweet Moondancer oyster, which hails from Maine's Damariscotta River. Lastly, there's the Great Gun oyster, raised on the shores of Long Island, NY, which offers a sharp brine and buttery finish.
