Wild Coho Salmon, Previously Frozen

Our wild coho salmon is responsibly caught for us by our partners at Triad Fisheries in the Gulf of Alaska. It's 100% traceable and sustainable due to the care given to each and every fish. A fleet of family-operated vessels catch each fish by hook and line, one by one, and individually clean and freeze them at sea to ensure fresh, sashimi grade fillet. Triad's respect for this fish is evident in their methodology, resulting in superior wild coho salmon available all year round.
