85% Lean Ground Round
- This classic American hamburger meat is made with a moderately rich blend of flavorful, tender ground round. The richer, more marbled meat stays juicy when pan-fried or grilled. We make our patties at least 1/2 inch thick to keep them moist on the inside with a nice charred crust outside. Great for meatloaf, too.
