    Slightly smaller than its popular sibling, Epoisse Berthaut, Affidelice is washed in Chablis instead of marc. Like Epoisse, it is pungent, soft, and spoonable, but Affidelice has a more concentrated richness and a creamier texture. Pair with a Chablis (of course) or a white Burgundy.
