Vermont Creamery's Crumbled Goat Cheese is a 100% all-natural goat cheese made with our award winning recipe and blended with high-quality herbs and dried fruit. After overnight lactic coagulation, the fresh curd is drained in cheese cloth at cold temperatures. When the curd reaches the right texture it is then crumbled by hand and mixed with carefully selected dried fruit and fresh herbs prior to packaging.
