Hand-crafted by the master cheesemaker at Switzerland's Käserei Oberli, Üsi Minnie is made in the semi-hard style of alpine Mutschli cheeses. These cheeses are created using the leftover curds from Gruyère or Bergkäse. Traditionally, they are enjoyed during Sunday gatherings up high in the mountains. Oberli's version stays true to that heritage, with its richly, creamy and dense paste giving way to mild fresh and yogurty tones and a lightly grassy finish.
