This dish started in the Hodo kitchen, where we were constantly whipping up a fresh harissa sauce to put on our firm tofu for lunch. We loved it so much, we knew we had to make a version we could share far and wide. We chop our delicious, protein rich organic tofu into cubes and then marinate them in a North African harissa sauce that's packed with rich flavor: cumin, garlic, chili peppers, and coriander.
