Combining our clean fresh Chevre with our favorite Pickled beets seemed like a great match...and we were right! Perfect for sprinkling on greens or an extra bite in your favorite sammie. This fresh cheese is also perfect to just spread on some crusty bread. Our girls are a mixed herd of 500 mixed Nubian, Alpine, Boer, Saanen and Lamancha goats who live happy lives producing beautiful goats milk for our Chevre and get a retirement at our Kemp Sanctuary after they've given us their best.
