- Amy's Pad Thai and Thai Red Curry have been so popular with our customers that we were thrilled when the person who created them came to us with a recipe for another traditional Thai dish called Thai Green Curry. Starting with his unique, aromatic blend of green vegetables and herbs, we add our own homemade curry sauce and pour it over fragrant jasmine rice, protein-rich tofu, and a mixture of vegetables including organic sweet potatoes, green beans, yellow zucchini, and fire roasted red bell peppers.
