A cactus fruit popular in Central and South America and Southeast Asia, our dragon fruit is flown in fresh from our friends' farms in Vietnam. With a striking appearance and incredible flavor, dragon fruit has a mild tropical sweetness with notes of kiwi and watermelon. Its flesh ranges in color from white to deep magenta (depending on where it's from), but the texture is uniformly juicy, slightly crunchy, and speckled with tiny edible seeds—much like a kiwi. Remove the peel, slice it up, and add it to fruit salads or enjoy on its own.
