Our all-purpose flour is produced for us by Stafford Country Mills, one of the last independent flour mills in the US, in the heart of wheat country. It's made with hard red winter wheat using an old-fashioned process that creates a smoother texture through the use of finer-meshed sieves that sift away more byproduct. For your baked goods, that means more consistently light and fluffy results. This flour is both unbleached and unbromated, meaning no chemicals are added whatsoever, so you can use it for your everyday needs.
