It's made from only the finest ingredients using authentic bronze dies to ensure exquisite flavor and texture in every bite. Tiny ridges line the pieces—giving them an almost "dusty" appearance—which allow sauces to better adhere to the pasta. Although trivelle is great for any tomato-based sauce, we really love it with broccoli rabe and sausage.
