With the goal of making a refreshing, low alcohol cider, we pressed fresh McIntosh, Empire, Cortland, Red Delicious, and Macoun apples grown at Sunrise Orchards in Cornwall, Vermont then blended that down to 3.8% ABV to keep it light and refreshing. To give the cider it's citrusy nose, we partnered with Alice & The Magician in Burlington who made us a tincture of citrus and rose. (from Shacksbury)
