A good variety pack hits all the right spots. Whatever the day—or night—may bring, you're covered with The Sampler.
Variety pack includes three bottles each of:
- Pale Ale: Pale Ale sparked the American craft beer revolution. Bold and complex with pine and citrus notes from whole-cone Cascade hops, Pale was first brewed in 1980, and introduced a generation to the glory of hops.
- Torpedo Extra IPA: What began as a crazy idea scribbled in a pub eventually became a year-round hop bomb, Torpedo Extra IPA—the first beer to use our Hop Torpedo, a revolutionary dry-hopping device that controls how much hop aroma is imparted into beer without adding more bitterness. Torpedo Extra IPA is an aggressive yet balanced beer with massive hop aromas of citrus, pine, and herbal character.
- 40th Anniversary Ale: Hop-forward beers weren't popular when we started brewing in 1980. But we loved them, and we knew that if we were going to open a brewery, we'd better make something distinctive. This beer showcases the bold flavors and aromas of a classic West Coast IPA: intense pine and citrus with a deep gold color and slight caramel sweetness. Here's to following your passion, and to the next 40 years.
- Hop Bullet: Hops are the name of the game with a Double IPA, but we knew we had to take it one step further. With Hop Bullet, we're using a new technique, hitting the beer with a one-two punch of Magnum hops and lupulin dust—pure, concentrated hop flavor—directly into the tank to emphasize the intense pine and citrus flavors of classic West Coast hops.
