Developed just for us by hot sauce king Blair Lazar, our small-batch hot sauce is a flavorful, not-too-fiery mix of red and orange habaneros, cayenne, garlic, and chipotle. A couple of shakes adds just the right kick to Bloody Marys, wings, tacos, stir-fry, burgers, sandwiches, soups...you name it.
About the Peppers: When in season, the peppers are grown locally in the rich farmland of Cream Ridge, New Jersey, by a farmer who shares Blair's (and our) passion for chilis, using seed varieties from Costa Rica. In the offseason, the chilis are grown in Costa Rica and made into hot sauce in New Jersey. This ensures our sauce uses only peak-flavor peppers, for the best taste.
