- Our plump, pre-cooked Plainville Farms turkeys are raised without antibiotics, and they cook up moist and tender. These birds are delivered to you already cooked through and ready for a final stint prior to the big feast. Comes with our traditional, rich gravy and tangy-sweet cranberry sauce.Heating Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove plastic wrap from turkey and place in aluminum tray. Pour 1/2 cup water into the tray and cover tightly with aluminum foil (we recommend placing the tray on a baking sheet for easy handling). Bake for:
- Small- 60 minutes
- Medium- 75 minutes
- Large- 90 minutes
All sizes- Increase oven temperature to 400°F, uncover tray, fold foil and use to cover the legs only. Continue baking for 20-30 minutes. Remove foil from legs and bake for about 20 more minutes or until browned to your liking. Remove from oven. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest 20 minutes before carving.
Stovetop- Heat over medium heat stirring frequently for about 20 minutes or until warmed throughout.
The USDA recommends reheating to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF as measured by thermometer.
