Equipment You'll Need:

- Large sauté pan

- Pinot Grigio from Italy or Sauvignon Blanc from Chile or New Zealand
- Lighter lagers such as pilsner or lightly hopped session IPA
1. Render the Bacon
Cut the bacon into ½-inch pieces. Place the cut bacon in a large cold pan and turn the heat on to low. Allow the bacon pieces to cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, but move onto Step 2 now.
Wash and dry the fresh produce. Finely chop the garlic. Trim the ends off the green beans and cut them into ½-inch pieces. Take the shrimp out of its packaging, pat dry with a paper towel, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, measure out 1¼ cups of water. 3. Start the Grits
Heat a medium pot over medium heat. Once hot, add the butter, let melt, then add garlic. Cook until fragrant and softening, about 1 minute. Add the vegetable broth and water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the grits and season with salt. Reduce the heat to low and cover, stirring occasionally. Cook for 20 minutes [set your timer and move on to Step 4 now] and remove from heat. 4. Cook the Green Beans
By now your bacon should be crispy and the bacon fat should be in the pan. If not, give it a few more minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and transfer it to a paper towel- lined plate. Turn the heat up to medium, add the green beans, season with salt, and cook for 30 seconds. Push the green beans to the outside of the pan. 5. Cook the Shrimp and Finish the Grits
Carefully add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Cook the shrimp for 1 minute on each side. Remove the pan from heat. Once the grits are finished, add the Parmesan cheese and sriracha and stir well to combine. Taste the grits and season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Plate Your Dish
Spoon the grits into the center of two plates or bowls. Top with crispy bacon pieces, shrimp, and green beans. Enjoy!

Standard PackagingA Styrofoam tray that is sealed in plastic — rigid enough to stack in the fridge, and free of charge. Meat in standard packaging is best when eaten within 3 days (stored at a refrigerator temperature of 38 degrees). For optimal freezing we recommend vacuum packaging.
Vacuum PackagingThis sturdy, airtight plastic pouch will protect and prolong the life of your order. It is perfect for freezing. With the seal intact, vacuum-packed meat will keep for up to 9 months in your freezer. For your convenience, each roast is individually vacuum packed; when meat is sold as a chop, steak or by the pound, your meat will be vacuum-packed based on minimum quantity. For example, if the minimum quantity of chops is two, your chops will arrive in vacuum-packs of two.
