Seaweed Salad
  • Description

Seaweed has long been a culinary staple of Japanese culture, most notably wakame, which is rich in a number of vitamins and minerals. Its briny and salty taste has a subtle sweetness that lends itself well to salads and soups. This seaweed salad combines Kikurage mushroom, red pepper, and sesame seeds, among other flavorings for a satisfying and well-balanced meal or side dish.
