Heating InstructionsOur classic Japanese miso marinade brings the perfect balance of salty and sweet flavors to buttery, rich, and mild-flavored black cod. We've done the prep, so all you need to do is pop this fish in the oven for a few minutes before enjoying a restaurant-quality dinner.
Broiler: Preheat Broiler. Remove fish from packaging, remove any marinade coating the fillet and place onto a non-stick or lightly oiled aluminum foil lined baking pan. Place on center rack of oven and broil for approximately 8 minutes being careful not to allow the fish to burn. Allow the fish to rest a few minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!

Place on center rack of oven and roast for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow the fish to rest a few minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
