    A traditional Piedmont cheese with a history dating back to Roman times. Made with cow's milk from both morning and evening milking, Toma Piemontese has a supple texture and a milky-sweet flavor that finishes with a hint of earth and grass. A wonderful cheese for all palates, enjoy Toma Piemontese on its own or pair it with mild, bistro-style ham. Or, layer Toma Piemontese, arugula and roasted red pepper between thin slices of country bread for a refined grilled cheese.
