    This meaty beef steak steeps in a tangy-sweet, slow-simmered bourbon marinade. Prepped and ready to cook — all you'll need to do is heat up your grill or broiler. Serve flank steak sliced on the bias as an entrée. It's also terrific served over rice, tossed atop a salad or piled up in sandwiches.
    Heating Instructions


    Grill:
    Remove flank steak from package. Place on grill over medium to high direct heat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Continue to cook until desired doneness. Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against grain for tender pieces.

    Stove-Top:
    Preheat a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Remove flank steak from package. Cook flank steak for about 5-7 minutes, flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Continue to cook until desired doneness. Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against grain for tender pieces.

    Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature. Insert thermometer into thickest part of meat; 120°F (rare), 135°F (medium), and 160°F (well-done). The USDA recommends cooking this product to a minimum of 145°F.
