Easy to prepare and delicious to eat, this dish goes from oven to table in 45 minutes. We stuff bell peppers with 100% fresh ground beef and then add parmesan cheese and herbs and top it off with sweet and savory tomato sauce.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place the stuffed peppers on to a non-stick baking pan or foil lined pan on middle rack of your oven.
Bake until the internal temperature is 165 F; about 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes then serve.
