The lesser-known loin filet can be used to make traditional roasts, as well as small medallion chops or slow-cooker pulled pork for a stir-fry bowl. We've added a hint of honey and a kick of garlic to the classic teriyaki flavor. This will pair well with any Asian dish.

Preheat oven to 375°F, and remove packaging.
Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan, cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
