    Heating Instructions

    Preheat heat skillet on medium-high heat with 1-2 TBSP of olive oil.
    Place chops on skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
    Turn chops over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes to an internal temperature of 145°F.
