These sirloin tips have an Italian marinade, which not only adds lots of herbaceous, tangy flavor, but also makes the meat incredibly tender and moist. They can easily be cooked to your desired doneness using the broiler, grill, or stovetop. Serve them with vegetables and sides for a complete meal, and save any leftovers for topping salads or putting in a sandwich.
About the packaging: This product is high-pressure pasteurized to ensure it stays fresher longer. High-pressure pasteurization (HPP) extends shelf life without compromising safety in foods manufactured without chemical preservatives by utilizing extreme water pressure. HPP does not affect the flavor or nutritional content of the finished product.

Oven: Position oven rack so that the steak tips will be 3-4 inches from the heating element. Preheat oven on “broil” setting at the maximum temperature for at least 5 minutes. Place the steaks on heat safe pan and place in the oven. Broil steaks for 3-12 minutes per side. Be sure the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Stove Top: Lightly coat the bottom of a large skillet with canola oil. Set the skillet over medium-high heat until the oil starts to simmer. Add the steak tips to the skillet without overcrowding the skillet. Cook for about 3-5 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the steak reaches a temperature of 145°F.

Standard PackagingA Styrofoam tray that is sealed in plastic — rigid enough to stack in the fridge, and free of charge. Meat in standard packaging is best when eaten within 3 days (stored at a refrigerator temperature of 38 degrees). For optimal freezing we recommend vacuum packaging.
Vacuum PackagingThis sturdy, airtight plastic pouch will protect and prolong the life of your order. It is perfect for freezing. With the seal intact, vacuum-packed meat will keep for up to 9 months in your freezer. For your convenience, each roast is individually vacuum packed; when meat is sold as a chop, steak or by the pound, your meat will be vacuum-packed based on minimum quantity. For example, if the minimum quantity of chops is two, your chops will arrive in vacuum-packs of two.
NOTE: Always check the "use or freeze by" date on your product label.
While shopping, and prior to day of your delivery, you will see in your cart an estimated weight and price for variable weight items which are priced by the pound.
