Pre-heat oven to 450F or 400F for a convection oven.
Remove chicken from vacuum package and lay flat on roasting pan lined with parchment or aluminum foil.
Cook chicken to internal temperature 165F in the thickest part of the breast. Check temperature after 30 minutes. When chicken is cooked allow to rest for 10 minutes and serve.
Fire up the grill to 450F.
