The chickens are raised on family farms where they enjoy natural sunlight in their spacious barns and have access to the outdoors. The chickens are fed an all-vegetarian, non-GMO diet and are never given antibiotics.

Pre-heat oven to 450F or 400F for a convection oven. Remove chicken from vacuum package and lay flat on roasting pan lined with parchment or aluminum foil. Cook chicken to internal temperature 165F in the thickest part of the breast. Check temperature after 30 minutes. When chicken is cooked allow to rest for 10 minutes and serve.
Fire up the grill to 450F. Remove chicken from vacuum package and lay flat on roasting pan lined with parchment or aluminum foil. Alternatively, lay chicken directly on the cold part of the grill and cook with indirect heat. Either way cook with the hood closed. Cook chicken to internal temperature 165F in the thickest part of the breast. Check after 30 minutes. When chicken is cooked allow to rest for 10 minutes and serve.
