Remove frozen croissants from bag.
Place the croissants 4 inches apart flat side down on a lightly buttered or lined baking sheet.
Leave uncovered at room temperature for 8 - 9 hours (overnight). Extra hour in winter. Croissants will increase substantially in size.
In the morning pre-heat oven to 350°F, Place baking sheet on middle rack.
Bake for 15- 20 minutes until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on the oven.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
