1. Remove from freezer and let sit for 30 minutes
2. Preheat Oven to 360°F
3. Bake 14-16 Minutes, until nicely browned
4. Remove from oven, wait 45 seconds, and flip over container onto plate, so cinnamon buns fall out
5. Remove tray and enjoy!
